I got into the office 4 min late, even tho I was over 10 min early, because their check in kiosks were not working and an elderly man was holding up the line. The MA let me know the doctor took the patient after me, but would still be gracious enough to see me today. I waited in the waiting room for at least 5 minutes and got into the office 4 minutes after 9. On top of that, I'd requested prescription refills while I was waiting for the line to decrease, and Dr Bhatia needed to approve them. When I left over an hour later, never having seen the doctor, they hadn't been approved, and now I don't have my prescriptions. I thought H Wang was horrible, but I changed doctors again today. Kaiser has been such a disappointment that last year I paid for a private doctor and a naturopath not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, I can't afford to keep a doctor who actually cares about helping me.

Lynnwood Kaiser Pharmacy are the best! I take a very important medication daily. To be without is not a good situation. Last month, they had run out of my medication. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do they took the time to "think outside the box" and come up with some medication that could get me through until their stock order arrived. Today I got to the Pharmacy after closing. Instead of telling me to come back on Monday they stayed behind. They were able to process and fill my order so I didnt go without over the weekend. They easily could have told me they were closed and come back on Monday during normal business hours. Now, that's customer service at its best! Thank you, ladies, for always going above and beyond. Thank you for having empathy for others. Thanks for always smiling and being so patient and understanding.

This was my first time at Kaiser since I was a little kid. Which use to be Group Health. I was not very excited to go to Kaiser but I had a really great experience. The check in was easy and the people were nice!! The nurse was friendly and very easy to talk to. My new primary doctor was very easy to talk to as well. I went to get some lab work done and the gal who drew my blood was so nice as well. Thank you for making this process so easy and welcoming!

I tried doing a walk-in for a covid vaccine with my flu shot at a different KP location & was told that they were not doing walk-ins for the covid shots yet, but the walk-ins there would start the next day. So I went back the next day & was told they were not doing walk-ins after all & that I had to make an appointment. So I made the first available appointment at a reasonable distance from home & that was at Lynnwood. I drove all the way to Lynnwood to show up for my appointment before the scheduled time & was told they had decided to accommodate walk-ins after all. The walk-ins take precedence over the people with appointments, so there would be a one hour & 45 minutes wait beyond my appointment time. I had somewhere I needed to be, so after 3 visits to KP clinics trying to get my covid booster, I still have not managed to get the shot.
